1. How long will it take to receive my custom phone case?
Since each case is made to order, please allow on average 7-14 business days for production. Orders can also be shipped out sooner. Shipping time will vary depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your case has shipped.
2. What models do you offer cases for?
We offer custom cases for a variety of models, including iPhones, Ipad, Macbooks,Samsung Galaxy, and other popular smartphones. 3. Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate changes due to the custom nature of our products.
4. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure of your design and details before completing your order.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your custom phone case has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package via USPS.
6. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize there was an error, contact us as soon as possible. If the label hasn't been created yet, we can correct it. However, if the package has already been shipped, you will need to contact USPS directly for assistance. You’ll be responsible for any costs incurred to reroute the package.
7. Can I request a completely unique design?
Yes, if you’re looking for a completely unique design, be sure to choose the “Custom Phone/iPad Case” listing and include your preferred details (such as color, name, saying, zodiac sign, etc.) when placing your order!
8. What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
Once your order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is not delivered, please contact USPS to report the issue. We recommend ensuring your shipping details are correct to avoid any delays or issues.
9. How do I care for my custom phone case?
To keep your case looking great, simply wipe it clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to prevent damage to the design. Dropping your case can/will cause damage so be careful handling it.
10. Do you offer custom acrylic press-on nails?
At this time, I am offering pre-made acrylic nail sets, but custom acrylic nail orders are currently closed. Keep an eye out for future updates!
