Correct Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect addresses. If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. If the shipping address needs to be corrected, you will be responsible for the cost of a new shipping label.
Shipping Label Changes
If the shipping label has not yet been created, we can make changes to your address. However, once the order has been shipped, no changes can be made to the address.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your package has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced packages. In such cases, please contact USPS directly for assistance in locating your package or filing a claim.
